Development of Annulus Airlift Reactor III.Kinetics and Control Strategy for Fed-Batch Fermentation of High Concentration Sorbose

Experimental studies were carried out on the fed-batch fermentation process of sorbose in a 16L airlift reactor.According to the characteristics of the fermentation process, a kinetic model of fed-batch fermentation was established.On the basis of the kinetic model, a control strategy which was used to control fed-batch fermentatin process of sorbose was obtained.The experiments showed that using the control strategy,the fluctuation range of substrate concentration is less than 2 g/L.
