Abstract
The interaction of the breakboard in the scrubbingcooling chamber and the gas-liquid in the bubbling region makes the breakboard vibrate under the induction of the flow.Vibration signals of breakboards are measured under different conditions with waterproof accelerometer and studied by timefrequency analysis. The effect of operation conditions (superficial gas velocity and static liquid height) on the vibration intensity is discussed. The regularity of vibration intensity of break-boards changing with the variations of superficial gas velocity and static liquid height is analyzed. The most intensive vibrational region and liquid level have strong correlation under certain gas speed.
