    Vibrational Property of Internal Component in ScrubbingCooling Chamber with Flow Induced

    • The interaction of the breakboard in the scrubbingcooling chamber and the gas-liquid in the bubbling region makes the breakboard vibrate under the induction of the flow.Vibration signals of breakboards are measured under different conditions with waterproof accelerometer and studied by timefrequency analysis. The effect of operation conditions (superficial gas velocity and static liquid height) on the vibration intensity is discussed. The regularity of vibration intensity of break-boards changing with the variations of superficial gas velocity and static liquid height is analyzed. The most intensive vibrational region and liquid level have strong correlation under certain gas speed.
