Studies of the Preparation, Structure and Properties of Polyarylate\=Composite Nanofiltration Membrane by Interfacial Polymerization \=

PES and SPSF base membranes were prepared by the phase inversion process using polyethersulfone and the blend of sulfonated polysulfone and polyethersulfone respectively. Several major influence factors in the preparation are discussed. The cross sections of PES and blend base membrane were studied by SEM. The properties of composite membrane using different base membrane are commented. The results indicate that the composite membranes with small pore size exhibit superior separation performance on the rejection of Na2SO4>90%.
