Based on the practical data collected from factory, the activity correction factors for. C_(207) Cu-based methanol synthesis catalyst were calculated by one dimensional pseudohomogeneous model. Such factors were divided into effectiveness factor, poisoning and life factor, and bed height factor. The effectiveness factor was obtained by simplified method used for non-first order reversible reaction. The expressions for poisoning and life factor and bed height factor were obtained from practical data.
