Numerical Research on Friction Properties of Crankshaft Bearing in an Internal-Combustion Engine

This paper calculates Reynolds equation by use of JFO boundary condition in the numerical simulation on crankshaft bearing friction properties.The friction properties of crankshaft bearing are analyzed in detail.The variational rules of the load,lubrication force,friction coefficient and power consumption of the crankshaft bearing are obtained.By analysis,the rules are explained.
