    Refining of Bilirubin with Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Antisolvent Recrystallization

    • The process of recrystallization with supercritical carbon dioxide as an anti-solvent agent was studied.The expansion of Dimethyl Sulphoxide(DMSO)influencing the solubility of Bilirubin was discussed.The results showed:In different temperature,pressure and different amount of solvent can form different supersaturation ratio.When the DMSO solution of bilirubin is expanded and then the solvent is extracted, it can obtain a particle less than lum with bilirubin content more than ninety percent.It appears to be a reliable and effeclive method for refining of biologically active products and micronizing.
