Experimental Validation of the Modified J Fracture Parameter in the Presence of secondary Stresses
The modified J-integral fracture parameter was evaluated experimentally by CCP specimens with welding residual stresses, results showed that the evaluated notch(or crack)initiation loads based on the fracture criterion,was close to the determined values.Errors between them are less than 10%.
