Study on the Dynamic Characteristies of PUU System in RIM Processes

A small laboratory RIM machine,an on-line slit rheometer and an automatical data collection system have been used to run a fundamental study for two PUU(L-MDI/350E/DET DA/DBTDL)systems.The viscosity and normal stress difference during molding filling were measured.The results show that the rheological properties depand on shear rate and reaction time,The relationships a mong viscosity.normal stress differences,shear rate and reaction time were shown in 3D figures.
