Desalting and Deaciding for High Acidity Heavy Crude Oil

Heavy crude oil has high specific gravity, viscosity and acidity. Its corrosiveness is strong and its processing is very difficult. Phenolamine demulsifier was synthesized for Xinjiang Kelamaye heavy crude oil after evaluating several kind demulsifiers. Study on the effect of composition of phenolamine demulsifier on desalting and deaciding for heavy crude oil and the technolgy route of processing high acidity heavy crude oil alone was made.
