    Fabrication of Magnetic Polyelectrolyte Dexorubicin Hydrochloride Capsules Templated on Colloidal Particles

    • Uniform hollow capsules were produced by layer-by-layer electrostatic self-assembly technique.The core-shell microspheres were constructed by alternately depositing negative and positive polyelectrolyte onto the weakly-crosslinked melamine formaldehyde(MF) microspheres which were used as the colloidal templates, then the templates were dissolved by 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid and hollow capsules came into being.The anti-cancer drug dexorubicin hydrochloride(DOX) and magnetic fluid were encapsulate in the hollow capsules simultaneously in the 0.7 mol/L NaCl solution at pH<3.Magnetic particles are dispersed in the wall and interior of capsules.The capsules loaded drug and magnetic particles have both good magnetic responsibility and controlled release property.
