Preparation of Hemoglobin Colorant without Nitroso compound

The hemoglobin colorant was prepared from fresh pig blood, through separating blood serum, acting with antiseptic agents, color producing reagents and antioxidants, without any nitric or nitrous matters. Its quality is fine, and it was examined by ultraviolet and visible spectroscopic analysis and by photostability and storage stability tests.
