Synthesis and Structure Characterization of N-Tert-butyldecahydro (4aS,8aS)-isoquinoline-3(S)-carboxamide

With L-phenylalanine,N-tert-butyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3(S)-isoquindinecarbox amide(TICC) was prepared firstly,then it was hydrogenated over rhodium-on-Al_2O_3,N-tert-butyldecahydro-(4aS,8aS)-isoquinoline-3(S)-carboxamide(DHIQ) was synthesized and identified by()~1H-NMR spectra,MS spectra.Then isomers in the resulting compound and its absolute configuration were analyzed by GC-MS and X-ray diffraction.Finally optical rotation shows its optical purity reaches 98%.
