Abstract
By the Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization procedure,this paper in troduces a set of orthonormal Slope Pulsc Functions (SPFS).When use numerical computer to analyse some control systems,we can consider SPFS to be the Fourier expansion basis.The block con struction in their operation matrices improves the efficiency of numerical process,and shows the fact that this approach is superior to Block Pulse Functions and Orthogonal Piecewise Linear Polynomial Functions.
