Relationship Between DO Level, OUR and Guanosine Accumulation in Guanosine Fermentation

    • By using the FUS 50L reactor produced by National Engineering Research Center For Biotechnology(Shanghai), the effect of dissolved oxygen( DO ) tension on guanosine accumulation in fermentation and the appropriate method for the control of DO were studied. The results show that for DO control and guanosine accumulation, adjusting the stirrer speed was better than adjusting the aeration rate and the DO controlled at 10%~20% was better than at 5% and 30%.
