    • We succeeded in establishing tumor models of epidermic carcinoma in nude mice.The KB cell line was inoculated subcutaneously in nude mice to develop s.c growing tumor models.The models of KB cell line in nude mice were easily to be established, which had a delitescence of 8~9 days.
