Study on Molecular Structure and Photochemistry of Some Infrared Laser Dyes
Absorption spectrum and photostability are inverestigated for a series of heptamethine IR dyes and related to chemical structure.The high photostability of several dyesmake them very interesting for IR dye lasers. It is confirmed that dyes of rigidized structurehave high photostability.
