Abstract

Several hydroxyl substituted 4,5 ethylenedithio 1,3 dithiole 2 one and thiones and their ester derivatives were synthesised. Their 1H NMR and MS data were given. The factors of affecting on the reaction were discussed and the reaction activities of various bromo hydrocarbons reaction with zincate were given.
