Corrosion and Scale Inhibition Performances of Reclaimed Water of Chemical Fiber Reused in Circulating Cooling Water System

    • According to the monitoring and statistics on the reclaimed water quality of a chemical fiber enterprise, the characteristics of the reclaimed water quality and facing problems which the reclaimed water is reused in circulating cooling water system are analyzed. Therefore, it is presented that the corrosion and scale requirement in the process of the water quality stabilization system. On the basis of the characteristics of the reclaimed water, an efficient scale and corrosion inhibitor is developed. It is tested and researched that the corrosion and scale performance of the inhibitor under different conditions. Good results are achieved in practical applications. The corrosion and scale problems, which exist in the reclaimed water of chemical fiber reused in circulating cooling water system are solved.
