    Rescheduling and Inventory Control for Continuous Production Process Based on the Chaos Optimization Algorithm

    • Considering the uncertainties such as the release time of the order and the material supply in the process industry,this paper presents a continuous production process rescheduling model with the constraints of the requirement of the orders,the production ability,the material supply and inventory capacity. A chaos optimization algorithm is adopted to obtain the solution of the model.The simulation results illustrate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed model.The cost of the production and inventory is reduced by adjusting the production rate of the orders in the time durations.
