Mixed Integer Linear Programming Model for

This article proposes a mixed integer linear programming(MILP) model for national wide emergency scheduling of oil products considering its characteristics of suddenness, weak economy consideration, quickness and broad locality. The objective of optimization is to minimize the transportation cost and the impact of shortage of oil products on social. The constraints of the model include the mass blance, manufacturing capacity and the limitation of scheduling time. The model is easy to be resolved and very helpful for emergency scheduling of oil products.
