Effect of Vitamins on the Viability of L. Paracasei and Specific Activities of Key Enzymes of Lactic Acid Biosynthesis Pathway

Effects of vitamins on the cell growth,viability of L.paracasei and concentration of lactic acid were studied.Accordingly,four enzymes,which were greatly related to the glycolytic flux and lactic acid biosynthesis,were assayed.
