Abstract
The macroreticular resin was preparted by the copolymerization of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) with ethylene dimethacrylate(EDMA) and its pore structure was determined. The effects of the ammount of crosslinking degree and the amount as well as proportion of the mixed diluent on the pore structure were also investigated. The matrix of boric acid substituted PGMA covalant affinity chromatographic were prepared using the PGMA copled with m aminophonyl boronic acid and the capacity of the banic acid of the matrix was up to 1.036mmol/g.
