    Finite Element Analysis of Radial Tire with Complex Tread Pattern

    • A threedimensional finite element model of all steel radial truck tire 12.00R20 which considering the complex tread pattern was established using circumferential conformal mapping method.The contact pressure distribution and friction stress distribution are studied for the tire with standard pressure and load in the cases of static loading, free rolling, traction and braking. The closed area of pattern groove at different rolling operating conditions was also investigated.
