    Densities, Viscosities and Electrical Conductivities of [C4mim][BF4], MEA and DMEA

    • Densities, viscosities and electrical conductivities of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([C4mim][BF4]) binary mixtures with monoethanolamine (MEA) and N, N-dimethylethanolamine (DMEA) were measured from 283.15 K to 323.15 K at atmospheric pressure using a pycnometer, a Ubbelohde viscometer and a conductivity meter, respectively. The excess molar volumes and viscosity deviations were calculated and correlated with the RedlichKister polynomial. The molar electrical conductivities were also calculated from the experimental values and the effects of the concentration of solvents on the molar electrical conductivities are in accord with the Walden rule.
