    Research and Development of Disc Ring Reactor

    • The film forming, flow, surface renewal and mixing are invertigated by fluid dynamic analysis and experimental research. A withdrawal model is used to analysis the hold up and a flow near the disc model is used to predict the flow model. The result shows that viscosity is the main factor of surface renewal, the hold up can be predicted by Fr/Re and the RTD can be predicted by formula of Re m/ Re F .
