Effects of Two Internals on Pinning in a Rectangular Moving Bed with Cross Flow of Gas

The effects of two internals,a flow-corrective element and a porous dividing wall,on pinning were investigated in a rectangular moving bed with cross flow of gas.Compared with an apparatus without an internal,the placement of a flow-corrective element would reduce the critical pressure drop of pinning,and the horizontal position of the rectifier has significant influences on the critical value of pinning,while little effects of its form and blade length are observed.However,installing a porous dividing wall...
