Delay-independent Stability Criteria for Discrete Linear Delay Systems of Neutral Type
Several sufficient conditions for stability of discrete linear delay systems ofneutral type are derived. Sincc these conditions are independent of the delay and posses sim-ple forms,they will provide useful tools to check stability of the systems at the first stage.
