Abstract
In this paper, the process of loading protein into biodegradable polymer PLGA microspheres and the distribution of protein in the microspheres, employing physio chemical analysis have been investigated. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) showed that most SOD entrapped in microspheres had interacted with polymer, while a small part of SOD adsorbed nonspecifically on the surface.
