Cluster Analysis of Gene Expression Data Based on SOM Network
Method of analyzing gene expression data based on SOM networks are discussed.An SOM network is briefly introduced and its cluster characteristics and visualization methods are illustrated using simulation.Then the SOM network is used to cluster the yeast gene expression data.The analysis of the mapping results shows that the performance of clustering gene expression data based on the SOM network is good.
