Optimum Design and Operation of Internally Exchanged Ammonia Converter

One dimensional heterogeneous mathematical model of internally exchanged ammonia converter was established. Simulating calculation of optimum design and optimum operation was carried out with the aid of kinetics equation of Co-based catalyst and the optimum process parameters were obstaincd. The effects of loads and ratio of hydrogen to nitrogen on maximum production strength were analyzed.
