Synthesis and the Drug Loading of Dextan -Poly (acrylic acid) (PAA) Nanoparticle

The synthesis of dextran-PAA nanoparticles on different reagent ratio,and the effect of different reagent-ratio on the resultant nanoparticles by Dynamic Light Scattering(DLS) and zeta-potentional measurement were studied.Besides,Diminazene aceturate(DA),one kind of hydrophilic cationic drug,was chosen to investigate the encapsulation capacity of the resultant nanoparticles to cationic hydrophilic drugs.The results demonstrate that the obtained Dextran-based nanoparticles are potential in related fields.
