Application of Fuzzy PID Control with the Single Parameter for Plastic Extrusion Machine

A novel temperature control system for plastics extrusion is presented based on S7-300.The single parameter PID fuzzy control and pulse width modulating are used.In the proposal system the single parameter PID fuzzy algorithm and PLC logic instruction is combined.Which makes the system more flexible.It can satisfy the request of the production processing.The principle,hardware and software is(described) in detail.The monitor computer of PLC is simplifying introduced.
