A Study on the Dispersion of Carbon Black with Hyperdispersants

The dispersion effects of hyperdispersants on carbon black were studied withflowability,viscosity and area of thixotropic hysteresis loop as quantitative parameters.Theresults showed that the dispersion property was obviously improved as hyperdispersantsadded into the system. And the system has the rheological properties of higher flowability,less viscosity and less area of hysteresis loop.The kinds of carbon black and hyperdispersanthas different influence on the dispersion.
