    • Isocyanate was modified with emulgent DMPA,and then reacted with hydroxyl acrylic resin forming waterborne two-component acrylic polyurethane coatings.The effect of n(-NCO)/n(-OH) and the degree of neutralization on the coating film properties and exterior morphology were studied.The(results) show that the miscibility between prepolymer of isocyanate and hydroxyl acrylic emulsion increases,the strength of stress and water-proof of coating film are improved,and the exterior morphology of coating film is improved by modifying with DMPA.
