Abstract
The changing rules of swelling speed and equilibrium swelling degree of four polyacrylamide gels with different cross-linkages in deionized water as well as macromolecular solutions of polyethylene glycol, brovine serum albumin, brovine blood hemoglobin and brovine liver arginase were studied. The effect of gel cross-linkage on the separation efficiency of arginase was explored preliminarily. The regeneration performance of gels was discussed too. These experimental results offer a base for further research on gel extraction separation technology.
