Extraction of Phenylalanine from Fermentation Broth by Liquid Emulsion Membrane(LEM) III.Extraction of Fermentation Broth

The actual phenylalanine fermentation broth was extracted with a liquid emulsion membrane by batch single stage,simulated three stage counter current and continuous counter current process respectively.The extraction efficiency and the LEM stability of three types of mass transfer modes were investigated.The feasibility of extraction by LEM and the potential advantage of extraction column have been confirmed.
