Congestion Control and Fairness for Concurrent Multipath Transfer
Abstract: According to the design principle of congestion control, the characteristics and fairness for concurrent multipath transfer are analyzed and an evaluation rule of fairness for multipath transfer is proposed. In addition, the existing works on multipath congestion control are summarized and some open research problems are also analyzed.
