Vibration Analysis of E-GB110 Fan Unit Support Structure

For solving the heavily vibration of E-GB110 fan,the vibrations of the fan unit and the support structure were analyzed through local monitoring and finite element analysis.The synchronous vibration between the fan unit and the support system is the main reason.The rebuilding scheme was given based on computer model optimization.The fan support structure was rebuilt and the fan was overhauled.Modification efficiency is good after rebuilding.
