Structural stability of decentralized stabilizability and pole-assignability for large-scale interconnected systems

This paper relates the analyses about the structural stability of decentralizedstabilizability and pole-assignability for large-scale interconnected system by themethod of perturbation analysis for matrices. The concepts of structural stability marginof the above two properties and estimation formulae of lower bounds for margins arepresented. An example is given for illustration.
