    Intrinsic Kinetics for Methanol-to-Olefin Reaction Based on SAPO-34 Catalyst

    • Based on the SAPO-34 catalyst, the phenomena of methanol-to-olefin(MTO) reaction are investigated. The results confirm the existance of both the induction and carbon deposition periods in this reaction. With the help of lumping kinetics theory, the intrinsic reaction kinetics for MTO reaction is obtained in the integral fixedbed reactor at 613.15—763.15 K and space velocity of 3—27 h-1. The ordinary differential function is resolved by RungeKutta method, while the model parameters are estimated by LevenbergMarquardt optimization method. The kinetic model is proved to be satisfactory after statistical tests.
