This paper is concerned with the eigenstructure assignment of linear systems via statefeedback. The necessary and sufficient conditions are given, and the characterization ofassignable vectors is also presented. Two examples are given to explain the procedure inselecting the eigenvectors and deriving design of the feedback gain matrix.
