Abstract
The excess volume V_m~E have been measured for heptane-benzyl alcohol binary at 12 temperatures range from 308K to 325K and correlated by R-K polynomial. The liquidliqdid equilibrium data are obtained according to the discontinuity of V_m~E versus x and are agreement with literature value. Those liquid-liquid equilibrium data are correlated using UNIQUAC model and Hu et al's double-lattice model for mixture of liquid.
