    Bending of Circular (Ring-shaped) Plate with Variable Thickness Considering the Transverse Shearing

    • Based on Reissner's plate theory which takes into account the influence of transverse shear deformation, we derived the bending equations of circular (ring) plate with variable thickness under two conditions: (1) a circular plate under central concentrated load, (2) a circular ring plate under uniform pressure. Using the perturbation method, an analytical solution up to the fourth order is obtained.
