    Lysozyme/PLA Fibers Prepared by Supercritical Spray Process without Solvent and Their Drug Delivery Performance

    • The supercritical spray process is a useful technique for producing degradable polymer fibers for controlled drug delivery applications.PLA was used as the processing polymer for controlled(delivery) of lysozyme.Lysozyme polymer fibers were produced from super critical spray process under the(optimized) parameters of the instrument.The mode and analysis method of drug delivery out of the body was established.Furthermore,the drug delivery by combination with the degradation of PLA was studied.
