Abstract
Flow patterns,shear stress,air volume fraction in a gas-liquid bioreactor equipped with multiple radial impellers were studied at different distance between the impellers,under the condition of specified rotation speed and air flow rate.Results show that the distance between impellers has a great(impact) on the fermentation output of inosine production is improved when the CFD(computational fluid(dynamic)) optimization was applied.
