Influence Mechanism of External Information on Enterprise

The approaches and means of influence on enterprise by external information is studied,and three different level's influence mechanisms of external information are induced.They are external event driven,internal problem driven and development strategy driven mechanisms.The relationship between the extent of enterprise attention to external information and the influence mechanism is analyzed.Based on the study,it is shown that for state owned enterprises to prosper in market economical system,a development strategy driven mechanism must be taken,and the theoretic basis for the conclusion is expounded.
