Determination of Organic Pollutants in Water by Frozen Pressurized Zone Melting Extraction Followed with GC-MS

    • As a new ample pretreatment technology, the frozen pressurized zone melting technique is developed based on zone melting technology and high pressurized liquid extraction technology. An enrichment factor of 19.5 was achieved. The frozen pressurized zone melting method is more efficient and more convenient compared with the traditional liquid liquid extraction method. The new method was applied to extract organic pollutants in river water. Four kinds of pollutants including methylphenylacetate, 2 hexyl 1 octaanol, DIDP, DBP were successfully detected.
