    Sieving Effect and Purification of Ginkgo biloba L. Flavone Based on the Post Cross-Linked Resin with Homogeneous Pore

    • The new type adsorbent resin with more homogeneous and smaller pore was synthesized by changing the configuration of cross-linking reagent based on the Davankov post-linking method.In Preserving the high specific area,this kind of resin has the accurate sieving effect and can eliminate 97.56% phenol from the mixed solution of phenol and quercetin with different molecular dimension.The result of the extraction purification of Ginkgo biloba L.leaves show that the smaller impurities are eliminated,and the content of Ginkgo biloba L.flavone can be increased from 25.2% to 50.8% based on the sieving effect of this kind of novel polymeric adsorbent.
