Recovering of Malic Acid from Aqueous Solution by Solvent Extraction

Several extractants for the extraction of malic acid from aqueous solution were examined practically.It was found that TRPO is the most effective in the phosphorusbonded oxygen-donor extractants. For practical application, many factors affecting the extraction and stripping were considered, a new process of recovering malic acid from aqueous solution was proposed.
