    Application of Polyamide Nanofiltration Membrane to the Desalination Process of Reactive Dye

    • Inorganic salt in C.I. reactive blue 49 (press cake) were removed by using polyamide(PA) nanofiltration membrane. The research in pilot-plant scale indicated that the content of inorganic salt in dye could reduce from 7.4% to 0.39%, the resolution of dye could be concentrated at the same time. The recovery rate could be as high as 98%, so it is possible to use this PA membrane to desalt C.I. reactive blue 49.
