Application of Polyamide Nanofiltration Membrane to the Desalination Process of Reactive Dye

Inorganic salt in C.I. reactive blue 49 (press cake) were removed by using polyamide(PA) nanofiltration membrane. The research in pilot-plant scale indicated that the content of inorganic salt in dye could reduce from 7.4% to 0.39%, the resolution of dye could be concentrated at the same time. The recovery rate could be as high as 98%, so it is possible to use this PA membrane to desalt C.I. reactive blue 49.
